Honda has launched the new CB150R Streetfire in the Indonesian market. The 2021 Honda CB150R Streetfire is now in its third generation and comes with a price tag of IDR 29,700,000. This price roughly translates to INR 1.53 lakh, but the motorcycle is not likely to make its way to our market.
Design & Styling
The Honda CB150R Streetfire features a combination of sharp streetfighter styling with super commuter rideability and everyday practicality. The motorcycle gets a multi-reflector beam LED headlamp in a stacked fashion and a small flyscreen. The motorcycle comes with a tapered handlebar and scooped ergonomic seating.
The 2021 Honda CB150R gets a large chiselled fuel tank with sharp tank shrouds and a small belly pan. The motorcycle features a sleek tail profile and LED taillights along with pillion grabrails. The CB150R Streetfire also features a full LCD that displays gear position, digital speedometer, a bar graph style tachometer, fuel gauge etc.
Powertrain
Powering the Honda CB150R Streetfire is a 149.16cc single-cylinder, DOHC motor. The four-stroke liquid-cooled engine with programmed fuel injection technology produces 16.9 PS of power and 13.8 Nm of torque. The engine comes with a 6-speed gearbox with a wet multi-plate clutch. The powertrain is capable of propelling the CB150R Streetfire to a top speed of 125 km/h.
Mechanical Parts
The 2021 Honda CB150R Streetfire features a diamond frame chassis. The bike rides on a 37mm upside-down Showa front fork suspension and mono-shock suspension with Pro-Link on the rear. The CB150R Streetfire also gets 17-inch alloy wheels on the front, and rear shod in 100/80 front and 130/70 tubeless tyres. Stopping power comes from petal disc brakes on the front as well as the rear of the motorcycle.
Colours
Honda is offering five colour options on the CB150R Streetfire. These include – Fury Matte Red, Raptor Matte Black, Armoured Matte Grey, Stinger Red Black and Macho Black.
