Bentley is back again with a new launch. After the recent launch of its Continental GT Speed, the company now launches its Convertible version. The car is very similar to the coupe version in terms of mechanicals, equipment and exterior profile. The Continental GT Speed is the most capable Bentley ever. This convertible version adds an open roof along with power, making it more attractive to the customers.
Mechanicals Similar To That Of Continental GT Speed Coupe
Similar to the Coupe, Continental GT Speed Convertible gets a twin-turbocharged 6.0-litre W12. This highly capable engine pumps out 650 HP of power and 900 Nm of torque. The equipped 8-speed dual-clutch transmission provides fast and sleek shifts matching the car’s engine performance. Bentley is also offering the customers to opt for ceramic brakes which provide better braking power. Along with this, Bentley is also offering all-wheel steering, an electronic rear differential, active air suspension with adaptive dampers, an anti-roll control system and more. There are some differentials that make the Convertible version stand out from the stand trim. This includes a dark-tinted grille mesh and tweaked side sills. The alloys are available in Dark Tint, Black Gloss and Bright Silver. In terms of 0 to 100 kmph sprint, the Convertible takes 3.5 seconds, which is one-tenth second slower when compared to the Coupe.
