ŠKODA AUTO India ended 2022 on a high. The carmaker registered a growth of 125 per cent over 2021. Compared to 23,858 cars sold in 2021, Skoda reported annual sales of 53,721 units in 2022. The sales for December 2022 stood at 4,788 units, up from 3,234 units sold in December 2021. This resulted in a 48 per cent increase in the monthly sales volume.

Cumulatively, from January to December 2022, ŠKODA AUTO India sold a total of 53,721 units. This is more than double the 23,858 cars it sold in 2021. Climbing higher peaks in its INDIA 2.0 mandate, ŠKODA AUTO India also exceeded the target of 225 sales and service touchpoints. As of today, Skoda has close to 240 customer touchpoints across India. This expansion is in line with the company’s aim of maintaining momentum on INDIA 2.0’s customer centricity and customer satisfaction.
