Jeep India has introduced the new Night Eagle edition of the popular Compass SUV. The highly-anticipated model comes with a black theme inside-out. The distinctive version follows the launch of the Compass Trailhawk, which has received an overwhelming response. The first batch of the Trailhawk variant sold-out within two months and is currently commanding a waiting period of almost four months. Similar to the “Trail Rated” SUV, Jeep India anticipates that the Night Eagle Edition will also attract Jeep enthusiasts.
2022 Jeep Compass Night Eagle – Price
The 2022 Jeep Compass Night Eagle comes with a starting price tag of INR 21.95 lakh ex-showroom. Surprisingly the starting price is for the diesel manual version with a 4×2 powertrain. The turbo-petrol model with automatic transmission and 4×2 drivetrain comes with a sticker price of INR 22.75 lakh ex-showroom. Enthusiasts can book the Jeep Compass Night Eagle from Jeep showrooms and online sales channels. The brand also offers the SUV with a starting EMI of INR 27,369/month (84 Months).
How is Jeep Compass Night Eagle Different from the Standard Compass SUV?
The Jeep Compass Night Eagle comes with a gloss-black finish for the grille and grille rings. The brand also offers the SUV with 18-inch alloy wheels with a black finish and black roof rail. The gloss black finish continues on to the ORVMs and fog lamp bezels of the Jeep Compass Night Eagle SUV. The black theme also continues on the inside of the SUV. The Night Eagle edition gets a piano black interior complemented by black cloth/vinyl seats. Furthermore, the brand offers light tungsten stitching and black vinyl inserts for the door trim. The brand also offers Night Eagle-exclusive elements on the interiors of the SUV.
2022 Jeep Compass Night Eagle – Features and Safety
The Jeep Compass Night Eagle edition comes with features such as a 7-inch instrument cluster and a 10.1-inch infotainment system. The SUV also comes with Dual-Zone Automatic Climate Control, a layered dashboard, contoured seats and a multi-function steering wheel. The car also features LED DRLs, LED Headlights, LED taillights etc. Safety features include All-Speed Traction Control System (TCS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill Start Assist, and Electronic Parking Brake.
2022 Jeep Compass Night Eagle – Powertrain Options
Powering the Jeep Compass are two engine options – a 1.4-litre Multiair Turbo Petrol with a 7-speed automatic transmission and a 2.0-litre Multijet Turbo Diesel with a 6-speed manual transmission. The Petrol Night Eagle is available only in Automatic, and the Diesel model is available only in the Manual gearbox option. The brand also offers the Night Eagle only in the 4×2 driveline.
