Lexus India announces the opening of its 6th Guest Experience Centre. The opulent new outlet is located in Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai. Lexus aims to make the purchase experience more incredible and unique for its discerning customers. In addition to the new Chennai outlet, Lexus has their Guest Experience Centres in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chandigarh.
Lexus Guest Experience Centre – Details
Lexus says all their Guest Experience Centres try to bring Japanese and India together. The philosophy of “Omotenashi”, which means exceptional hospitality and the Indian spirit of “Atithi Devo Bhava”, aims to anticipate the guests’ needs to provide them with the Lexus experience.
The Lexus Guest Experience Centre in Chennai is an amalgamation of elements that bring together a sense of modern yet culturally rich appeal. The interiors use elements of wood and fabric. The focus is on the five senses of see, hear, smell, taste and touch to create a warm and welcoming experience. The Chennai Guest Experience Centre will also feature an integrated service facility. This will make it only the second of its kind after the recently inaugurated outlet in Chandigarh.
Lexus Guest Experience Centre – Future Outlets
Lexus India will expand its Guest Experience Centre network by opening a new centre in Kochi. The brand also plans to open a new centre in Gurgaon. In addition to this, the Japanese brand will also introduce a “Go to Home” Lexus Lounge in Kerala and a virtual Lexus Experience Centre to cater to its guests.
Lexus India – Current Lineup and Prices
Lexus India’s complete lineup consists of environment-friendly hybrid electric cars. The sedans start with the ES 300h luxury sedan at INR 59,50,000 ex-showroom and INR 1,91,32,000 ex-showroom for the LS 500h flagship luxury sedan. In the case of SUVs, the range starts with the NX compact luxury SUV at INR 64,90,000 ex-showroom. The mid-size luxury SUV, RX 450hL, gets a sticker price of INR 1,11,35,000 ex-showroom. The flagship SUV, LX 570 costs INR 2,32,900 ex-showroom. The only coupe available in the brand’s Indian lineup, LC 500h, comes with a sticker price of INR 2,20,21,000 ex-showroom.
