Mahindra & Mahindra teases the all-new Scorpio yet again. The new Z101 Scorpio will soon make its debut, but until then, we get a final look before the unveiling. So far, we’ve seen the Scorpio undergoing road testing, testing in Leh, shooting for a TVC and detailed interior pics. Also, the latest spy shots of Scorpio showed the powertrain details stickers. And now we get a clear first glance of it in an uncamouflaged form. However, this is the second time we see the SUV uncamouflaged, the first time being during the TVC shoot.
Mahindra unveiled a teaser video about a week ago, and we found out it dubs it the “Big Daddy of SUVs”. The company also revealed that the Mahindra India Design Studio designed the SUV in Mumbai. The engineering took place at Mahindra’s state-of-the-art facilities in Mahindra Research Valley near Chennai.

The Scorpio will get what looks like a new dark green shade. The latest teaser video gives us a look at the new grille of the SUV. The new Scorpio gets a new upright grille with six-vertical slats. Additionally, it also gets the new Mahindra logo first seen on the XUV700. A chrome strip runs at the top of the grille. Also visible is the grille on the lower part of the bumper, which gets a honeycomb design.
The main headlights offer a projector light for the low beam and a reflector set up for the high beam. The lower part of the headlights gets a LED turn signal indicator strip.
