Electric cars are well known for their quick acceleration, frequently surpassing that of their internal combustion engine (ICE) equivalents. Using the recently released Hyundai Creta Electric, Tata Curvv EV, the Mahindra BE 6, and MG ZS EV, lets see which electric SUV has the fastest 0-100 km/h times.

The Hyundai Creta Electric has a front-wheel-drive (FWD) motor with a 51.4 kWh battery that produces 171 PS and 280 Nm of torque. The MG ZS EV has a 50.3 kWh battery that generates 177 PS of power and 215 Nm of torque. It also has a front-wheel drive system.
Along with the FWD drivetrain, the Tata Curvv EV boasts a somewhat larger 55 kWh battery that produces 167 PS of power and a powerful 380 Nm of torque.

With different 0-100 km/h timings, the Mahindra BE 6, Tata Curvv EV, MG ZS EV, and Hyundai Creta Electric all have remarkable acceleration capabilities. The MG ZS EV takes a little longer, at 8.5 seconds, than the Hyundai Creta Electric, which claims a time of 7.9 seconds. With a claimed 0-100 km/h pace of 8.6 seconds, the Tata Curvv EV comes next. When compared to the other electric vehicles, the Mahindra BE 6 exhibits the fastest acceleration, reaching 100 km/h in a mere 6.7 seconds, demonstrating its potent capability.
Price:
The MG ZS EV retails for between INR 18.98 lakh and INR 25.23 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Tata Curvv EV costs between INR 17.49 lakh and INR 21.99 lakh. Prices for the Creta Electric will be revealed at the Auto Expo 2025 on January 17, 2025. At the Auto Expo, Mahindra BE 6 prices are probably going to be revealed as well.
