Kia EV9 electric SUV : More Details
The EV9 SUV is based on the E-GMP platform. It sits as the flagship electric vehicle in Kia’s global portfolio. In terms of design, the car gets a angular front end with a closed-off grille, vertical LED headlamps and LED DRLs that match the front contours of the car. Other exterior features include LED tail lamps, flush door handles and squarish wheel arches. The car rides on slightly practical 21-inch wheels as compared to the Concept SUVs 23-inch alloys.
Much like the exterior, the insides too are very futuristic. The dashboard consists of a minimal design along with a four-spoke steering. The SUV also gets a large display that has both the infotainment screen and the driver instrumentation cluster.
The main party trick of the Kia EV9 SUV is its swivelling middle-row seats. This way, the 2nd row can be rotated 180-degrees to face the 3rd row. Further, the last row occupants also get their own individual climate control settings.
