The country’s first premium electric inter-city coach services brand, NueGo, has announced the launch of its operations by commencing services on the Bhopal-Indore route. NeuGo services will offer a First-Class Travel experience with a focus on safety, punctuality, and convenience. Services will soon start on the Delhi-Chandigarh and Delhi-Dehradun routes.
According to GreenCell Mobility’s flagship brand, it is aimed at the new-age traveller and will deliver an easy booking experience, exceptional ride comfort and in-cabin experience for its travellers. All this while also ensuring a greener and safe ride.
Furthermore, NeuGo services will be available at a special inaugural offer of INR 349 per seat on the Bhopal-Indore route. NeuGo will run coaches on this route on an hourly basis. In Bhopal, the route will be from ISBT, Bhopal Railway Station, Lal Ghati and Sehore. On the other hand, in Indore, the coaches will take the following route – Star Square, Radisson Square, Vijay Nagar and then Sarwate Bus Stand.

The company fits the coaches with innovative technology and also offers end-to-end convenience for inter-city travellers. All NeuGo coaches go through 25 stringent safety checks. This includes mechanical as well as electrical inspections. They also sanitize them before every trip. Additionally, coach pilots also have to go through breast analyzer tests.
NeuGO services feature live coach tracking, monitored in-coach CCTV surveillance and drop point geo-location. The electric coaches have a range of 250 km on a single charge. This is with the air-conditioning turned on and in traffic conditions. According to NeuGo, these coaches have completed 2 lakh km of road trails months before its launch.
NeuGo also says it has well-trained and courteous staff. In selective cities, there will also be premium lounges on offer and offer customer assist and luggage management services. Additionally, NeuGo will also offer a curated F&B menu at the lounges and onboard.
