Maruti Suzuki has announced that it has achieved a new milestone of 10,000 new car Subscription sales. This new turning point has arrived since the brand’s inception in July 2020. The Maruti Suzuki Subscribe is tailor made for customers who want to own a car without the hassles of registering, maintaining and financing the vehicle. The 10,000 subscription achievement also signals the growing demand for car buying options such as Subscribe.
Maruti Suzuki Subscribe – Growth
While subscription models are slow working in India, Maruti Suzuki has still reported a strong growth of 44% in FY23-24 YTD over FY22-23 YTD. The brand reveals that it has added 5,000 new customers in the current financial year. Maruti Suzuki also reveals that since its inception, the subscribe program has been steadily gaining acceptance among Indian buyers. The new age buyers are also prefering flexible buying and ownership plans. However, most customers are based out of Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore.
Maruti Suzuki Subscribe – Vehicles and Availability
Maruti Suzuki’s Subscribe offers its plans through five partners in the Indian market. The brand offers all-inclusive monthly rentals through a dedicated marketplace platform. The subscription program is available on Maruti Suzuki’s complete range of vehicles. Out of these the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Baleno, Grand Vitara, and Ertiga vehicles are among the most popular subscribed models. These vehicles account for over 53% of the overall subscriptions, reveals the brand.
Through the customized car subscription options modern-age car buyers can opt for any Maruti Suzuki car. Customers can choose tenures from 1 to 5 years, at an all-inclusive fixed monthly rental. Customers can also choose from different vehicle running options ranging from 10,000 kms to 25,000 kms annual usage. Under the subscription program customers only need to pay a monthly rental. The plan includes costs such as vehicle price, registration & RTO expenses, insurance (new & renewal), service & maintenance, along with roadside assistance.
