Hyundai Venue will get 2 N Line variants in India

Written by Rohit Tonapi

Hyundai recently updated its compact SUV, the Venue. And now, the South Korean brand is working on launching its sportier counterpart, the Venue N Line. According to sources, the new Venue N Line will make its way to the market in the coming months. Spy shots of the N Line version of Venue first surfaced online in March. Now, thanks to new information, we can also confirm the variants of the upcoming Venue N Line.

Hyundai Venue N Line – Variants

Similar to the i20 N Line, Hyundai will offer the Venue N Line in two variants. These two variants are – N6 and N8. Also identical to the i20 N Line will be the engine. The Venue N Line will use the same 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol motor. The same engine is also available in the 2022 Hyundai Venue. However, unlike the i20 N Line, Hyundai will not offer the iMT gearbox. Therefore, the only gearbox option available with the Venue N Line will be the 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.

Hyundai Venue N Line – Exterior & Interior Changes

The Venue N Line will get a host of styling tweaks to help it differentiate from the standard Hyundai Venue. The model will likely get a different design for the front and rear numbers and red accents. Additionally, there will also be N Line badging on the grille, front fender and boot lid. Other exterior changes will include a different alloy wheel design and a dual-tip exhaust.

As for the interiors, the Venue N Line will likely get an all-black interior theme. Like the i20 N Line, there will also be red accents throughout the cabin. There is also a possibility that Hyundai might offer the same steering wheel as on the i20 N Line. Since the Venue facelift features a digital instrument cluster, Hyundai could also offer the Venue N Line with different graphics.

The N8 variant of the Venue N Line will sport similar features to the top-end Venue. Thus, it will get the new 8-inch infotainment screen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a powered driver’s seat and more. The entry-level N6 variant will, however, likely miss out on LED headlights, ambient lighting and more. Safety features will also likely be similar to the i20 N Line. Thus, it could get six airbags on the N8 variant and two airbags on the N6 variant.
