The Hyundai Venue is a popular sub-4m SUV from Hyundai. Currently, it is gaining attention in various markets worldwide. In Taiwan, the Hyundai Venue is introducing vibrant new colours. This will set it apart from its competitors. These colours play a significant role in customer purchase decisions. The aim is to bring a touch of British style to Taiwanese customers. The colour choices are reminiscent of classic British shades. These include Oxford Green, London Red, Grey Grey, Tiffany Blue, Jennifer Wong (Yellow), Super Circle Powder (Pink), and White Black.
New Colours For Hyundai Venue
To further emphasize the British style, the South Korean brand brings in a 3D representation of Britain’s coat of arms (flag) on the tailgate, as well as inside the vehicle, where it is debossed on the seats. Speaking of the seats, they feature a combination of leather and checkered wool fabric. Although this wool material may generate triboelectric shocks due to its tendency to give away electrons easily. It showcases a classic British checkered pattern. A similar checkered pattern is also visible on a British-style storage box in the boot.
Oxford Green
The Hyundai Venue in Taiwan offers the Oxford Green colourway. This boasts a glossy dark moss-green shade. However, this particular shade may not be as popular in India. The vehicle also features a contrasting white roof. And white inserts in the lower bumper, along with white rear parking sensors contribute to a clean and neat look. However, the black door handles and ORVMs could have been white, similar to the London Red variant.
London Red
Speaking of the London Red colour, it offers a vibrant and lustrous cherry red shade with contrasting white elements. This colour choice draws inspiration from London’s iconic red telephone booths. The Grey Grey colour option features a base grey shade with contrasting red accents, creating a unique and personal preference.
Hyundai Venue For India
In Taiwan, the Venue retains its pre-facelift design, while India receives the newer facelifted design. The Taiwan-spec model features an older steering wheel design and lacks the fully digital instrument screen found in the Indian model. However, it compensates by offering Hyundai Smartsense ADAS tech, which is not available in the Indian version. The Hyundai Venue in Taiwan is equipped with a 1.6L 4-cylinder NA petrol engine (120 bhp, 154 Nm, 8-step IVT), and it features 17″ alloy wheels, one inch larger than those in India. Additionally, it offers six drive modes for an enhanced driving experience.
Overall, the Hyundai Venue in Taiwan presents a range of vibrant colours and unique features that cater to the preferences of Taiwanese customers.
