Hero MotoCorp has officially trademarked the design of its upcoming adventure motorcycle, the Xpulse 421. This move indicates that the company is gearing up to introduce a new addition to its adventure lineup. The trademark application has been filed with the Indian Patent Office and reveals some design elements of the upcoming motorcycle

Xpulse 421 – What to Expect?

The Xpulse 421 is expected to build on the success of its predecessor, the Xpulse 200, which has been well-received for its rugged design and off-road capabilities. The new model is anticipated to feature a more powerful 421cc engine, offering improved performance for both on-road and off-road adventures.

Early design sketches reveal that the Xpulse 421 will sport a robust and muscular look, with a high-mounted exhaust, long-travel suspension, and knobby tires. The motorcycle is also likely to come equipped with modern features such as LED lighting, a digital instrument cluster, and advanced riding modes.

Hero MotoCorp’s decision to trademark the Xpulse 421 design suggests that the company is focused on expanding its presence in the adventure motorcycle segment. The new model is expected to cater to a growing market of riders seeking versatility, performance, and reliability in their two-wheelers.

In addition to its off-road prowess, the Xpulse 421 is likely to offer comfort and convenience for long-distance touring. The motorcycle may come with features like a comfortable saddle, ergonomic handlebar positioning, and ample storage options for adventure gear.

Launch Timeline and Expected Price

As the motorcycle industry moves towards more versatile and adventure-oriented models, the Xpulse 421 is poised to make a significant impact. Enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting more details about the bike’s specifications, pricing, and launch timeline. The launch might not happen in the nearest future and can be expected to happen towards the end of 2025. However, we might see a concept at the Bharat Mobility Expo. The motorcycle will also be priced competitive considering it will go up against the popular RE Himalayan 451 and the KTM Adventure 390.
