One of the leading E-scooter manufacturers in India, Hero Electric, has announced ‘Battery Care Month’. This free service will be available for the month of April. The company will also offer this service along with the Mega Service Camps that the company organizes from time to time across its dealerships. The initiative is for all its customers across its dealership network. As part of the initiative, Hero Electric aims to facilitate face-to-face interactions with their 4.5+ lakh consumers.
Hero Electric – Battery Safety
The recent news of a few battery fires in E-scooter of some brands has raised concerns amongst the general public. In addition, with peak summer approaching, the brand aims to ensure the customers’ safety. The brand’s priority is to check the EVs already on the road and to carry out any corrective measures if deemed necessary. The manufacturer’s highly skilled technicians will also let the customers know about signs to look out for that could indicate a battery malfunction. Customers will also be asked for their feedback and queries if any.
Hero Electric – Service Network
Hero Electric currently has 750+ dealerships across the country. The brand is present in 500+ cities which helps its reach and ease of service. Hero Electric promises its customers a service uptime of fewer than 2 hours. Maintaining an E-scooter is much easier and hassle-free. For transparency to the customers, the brand also offers service estimates digitally. This allows customers to have authority to make decisions and speeds up the approval process.
Hero Electric – Future Plans
With the growing demand for EVs across the country, the demand for a widespread and robust charging infrastructure has been growing as well. The two-wheeler manufacturer aims to set up 10,000 EV charging stations across the country. The manufacturer has tied up with ‘Massive Mobility’, a Delhi based startup offering end-to-end EV charging solutions. The manufacturer also plans on introducing new and innovative products to garner more sales. This will help the manufacturer retain its position as India’s No.1 EV manufacturer.
