Ferrari Middle East has announced that Ferrari Approved certified pre-owned cars offered by the Official Ferrari Dealers will be covered with a two-year warranty coverage in India and the Middle East. The new initiative will further enhance the buying experience as well as lower the warranty anxiety on pre-owned vehicles. The brand also announced that the 2-year warranty cover will boost total confidence and peace of mind in the mind of the prospective owner to buy a pre-owned Ferrari.
The Ferrari Approved certification program is made up of more than 100 checkpoints and the car goes through a history check as far as its origin. The 100 point check is performed before the car is prepared for delivery and adheres to quality standards defined by Ferrari. The brand also offers two years of roadside assistance with the extended two-year warranty program, underlining the brand’s commitment to quality. The initiative will begin in September 2020.
In other news, the Italian Supercar manufacturer launched the Ferrari F8 Tributo in India at the price of INR 4.02 Crore ex-showroom, Delhi. The Ferrari F8 Tributo replaces the Ferrari 488 GTB in the brand’s portfolio and comes powered by a 3.9-litre 90-degree, V-8-Cylinder turbocharged engine that makes 720 Hp of power at 8,000 RPM and 770 Nm of torque. The new mid-rear-engined sports car boasts to come with the most powerful V8 engine ever produced.
The Ferrari F8 Tributo was unveiled by Select Cars, the official Ferrari importer in New Dehli, in a private photography session held at the Ferrari showroom.
The brand also plans to end the production on the GTC4 Lusso and the Lusso T which replaced the Ferrari FF, back in 2016. The GTC4 Lusso and Lusso T which are positioned as Grand Tourer model are likely to be replaced by the Ferrari Purosangue SUV in the near future. The GTC4 Lusso and Lusso T are expected to be discontinued by 2021.
