Ather Energy wants to push EV Adoption at Tourist Destinations

Written by AnantaSaranNayak

Ather Energy and BLive announce their new partnership aimed towards improving EV adoption in India. Together they plan to introduce this first-of-its-kind partnership across popular tourist destinations in India, starting with Goa. This will help drive EV adoption and improve the charging infrastructure in the country as a whole. BLive has confirmed that it will set up five charging stations, named ‘BLive EV Zone’, across Goa by the end of this month. And by the end of this year, a total of 15 charging stations will come up at prominent locations across the state. This will ensure that the tourists get easy access to EV experience and charging infrastructure.

BLive’s – India First Multi EV Retail Platform

This partnership will also help the customers to get the first-hand experience of riding Ather range of scooters. And this will further encourage customers to make up their minds to pre-book Ather range of scooters via BLive’s multi-brand online EV Store. In fact, BLive is also the official EV Tourism partner of Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC).

Its main aim is to support sustainable tourism and fast-track EV adoption in the state. Goa is one of the most visited tourist destinations in India. And via this platform, BLive wants to expose more customers to the EV segment. This will further help boost the customers’ confidence and help them make their shift to e-vehicles.

BLive Presence Across India

Currently, BLive has its presence in over 9 states across 15 locations. The brand has also hosted over 15,000 eBike tours so far across the 15 locations where it serves. BLive’s EV Store has successfully delivered products to its customers present in over 50+ cities. And as per plans, BLive will soon make its presence via offline stores with more focus on Tier2 and Tier3 cities across the country. Along with Ather, BLive also aims to fulfil India’s potential to become a leader in the EV market. The demand for EVs clearly exists and with a significant improvement in the charging infrastructure, India could soon reach great heights in this segment.
