The aero wing stays flush with the rear windscreen between 0 to 100 kmph minimising the drag and improving efficiency but, automatically deploys between 100 to >300 kmph to offer medium downforce. The spoiler is also fully deployed while cornering and braking between 0 to 300 kmph providing high downforce and stability. Roma is also the first GT car to be offered with a vortex generator that sucks the car’s underside by creating negative air pressure.
On the inside, the Ferrari Roma features the dual-cockpit concept and features a wraparound dashboard with ergonomic control positioning and with symmetrical structure and materialistic continuity. Roma features fully digital colour instruments cluster, controls mounted steering wheel, a vertically-oriented 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment head-unit and a passenger information display integrated into the passenger side dashboard fascia.
The Ferrari Roma is powered by a 3.9-litre Twin-Turbocharged V8 engine that produces 620 Hp of power and 760 Nm of torque matched to an 8-speed F1-derived DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) that can propel the Roma from a standstill to 100 kmph in 3.4 seconds and achieve a top speed of 320 kmph.
