German premium car manufacturer, Volkswagen introduced its 4EVER Care program last year and the brand in India with its ‘Customer First’ philosophy has been focused towards reducing its total cost of ownership (TCO). With the new 4EVER Care program in place that offers a 4-year warranty, road-side assistance (RSA) and three free services (in the first year), the program is customer-centric and a value-for-money proposition and covers major repairs and maintenance services for a hassle-free ownership experience.
Now the brand has launched its monsoon car care campaign which provides valuable benefits on its anti-microbial treatments, fumigation and Ozone treatments that help keep the vehicle sanitized. In addition, customers can also avail a free 10-point monsoon check-up and other attractive offers on tyres and batteries that reduce the chances of unfortunate breakdowns thus ensuring the safety of the occupants.
Apart from the month-long monsoon car care campaign, Volkswagen India is also offering special cash benefits on its EW & SVP programs. The cash benefits will enable customers to easily acquire EW & SVP programs offering customers peace-of-mind ownership experience along with on-road safety and convenience.
In the recent past, Volkswagen India also expanded the service portfolio by launching a new extended warranty (EW) program and service value packages (SVP) that covers, what the brand claims as the average lifetime of a vehicle, said to be of 7-years.
The brand has also initiated the ‘Volkswagen Online’ digital car sales and service platform that enables online bookings of its service products through its official website. The online sales and service channel ensures customer and staff safety in times of the COVID-19 pandemic and also offers the customer the convenience of Volkswagen’s service from the safety of their home.
In other news, Volkswagen India has introduced the Omni-channel mobility solutions, a lease & rental service to enable easy acquisition of Volkswagen cars that are also being offered in a flexible rental programme that reduces financial stress on the customer. The brand has integrated the Omni-channel with its online services and is available through Volkswagen’s official website.
