Toyota Kirloskar Motor announces a new customer-centric initiative called ‘Customer Connect Program 2.0’. This aims to prove Toyota’s commitment to providing the highest level of quality service for its customers. The current uncertain times call for support, and hence Toyota wants to send a clear message of its plan for its customers.
Under this new ‘Customer Connect Program 2.0’, Toyota lists down a host of benefits. This includes the extension of vehicle warranty and customer paid extended warranty, free maintenance services, and prepaid service package (Smiles). This initiative completely follows Toyota’s ‘Customer First’ philosophy which is also one of the main USPs of the company.
Toyota’s Covid-19 Related Measures
Under the ‘Customer Connect Program 2.0’, the company is offering Toyota Bactakleen. This is a non-chemical fumigation process that claims to cleanse the car from inside. This is available at a special price both for Toyota as well as non-Toyota vehicles. To help curb the spread of the virus, Toyota is informing all its dealers to adhere to all the Covid-19 guidelines. Toyota launched a host of digital initiatives which will encourage customers to stay at home. With the help of the TConnect mobile app, customers can choose to opt for the pickup and drop service. In the lockdown scenarios, the car stays parked at home for a very long period; thus, Toyota is educating its customers with car care tips.
