Skoda Kushaq bags 3,000 bookings, 50 delivered in one day

Skoda Auto India has revealed that the all-new Skoda Kushaq has bagged over 3,000 bookings. The brand has also delivered 50 Kushaq SUVs at a Gala event held in Bengaluru. PPS Skoda, Bengaluru, delivered the 50 units of the Skoda Kushaq. 

Skoda Kushaq Test Drives Open in Bengaluru

The brand also announced that test drives for the Skoda Kushaq are now open at PPS Motors Pvt Ltd, No. 219/11, Ramana Maharishi Road, Palace Orchards, Sadashivanagar, Bellary Road, Bengaluru – 560080. PPS Motors Pvt Ltd, SY No. 1A- Block 20, Jakkur Plantation Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bengaluru – 560064, and PPS Motors Pvt Ltd, SY No.26/2 & 27/2, Kenchenahalli, Near Arvind Mills, Mysore Road, Bengaluru – 560059. 

Skoda Kushaq – Price and Warranty

The Skoda Kushaq made its market debut on 28th June 2021. The compact SUV comes with a starting price tag of INR 10.49 lakh ex-showroom. The brand offers a 4-years/1,00,000 km warranty, standard under the Skoda ‘Peace of Mind’ initiative. The brand also offers an extended warranty of 6-years/1,50,000 km. In addition to this, the brand is also offering a 2year warranty on parts and a 2-year battery warranty. Also, the Kushaq comes with a 3-year warranty on paint and a 6-year corrosion warranty. Even the Roadside Assistance program comes with 9-years of extension. 

Skoda Kushaq – Variants and Colour Options

The Skoda Kushaq is available in three variants. The variants are Active, Ambition and Style. The variants are available in two petrol engine options from Volkswagen’s TSI engine family. The brand also offers three gearbox options – a 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic and a 7-speed DSG. The Skoda Kushaq comes with five exterior colour options as well. The colour options include – Honey Orange, Carbon Steel, Reflex Silver, Candy White, and Tornado Red. 

Skoda Kushaq – Engine Specifications

Powering the Kushaq is a 1.0-litre three-cylinder TSI turbo-petrol engine. The engine pumps out 115 HP of power and 175 Nm of torque. Optionally the Kushaq is also available with a 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that belts out 150 PS of power and 250 Nm of torque.
