German automaker Porsche has officially launched the facelifted version of its electric sports sedan, the Taycan, in the Indian market. The updated Taycan brings several enhancements, including cosmetic upgrades, improved power, and extended range.

Pricing and Variants:

The Porsche Taycan facelift is available in two variants: Taycan 4S II priced at INR 1.89 crores (ex-showroom) and Taycan Turbo II priced at ₹2.53 crores (ex-showroom). This marks the first facelift for the Taycan since it entered production in 2019.

Exterior Updates:

  • Re-designed front bumpers and sleeker air vents.
  • HD Matrix-LED lights with a four-point DRL design.
  • Exclusive Turbonite painted design elements for the Turbo model.
  • Illuminated Porsche logo at the rear.
  • 21-inch alloy wheels with improved aerodynamics and low-resistance tires.

Interior and Infotainment:

  • Minor cosmetic changes inside.
  • New leather-free interior upholstery options.
  • 10.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
  • 16.8-inch fully digital driver’s display.
  • Optional passenger’s display with video streaming support

  • Four-zone AC, air purifier, ambient lighting.
  • 14-speaker Bose sound system.

Powertrain

The Taycan is powered by a dual motor setup for both variants. The 4S puts out a combined power of 537 bhp and 695 Nm of torque. The Taycan Turbo makes 872 bhp and 890 Nm of torque.
