Mahindra has announced the price hike for the brand’s latest flagship model, the Mahindra XUV700 in the Indian market. The new Mahindra XUV700, depending on the variant, will receive a price hike of up to INR 50,000 to INR 80,000 on the ex-showroom price. The price hike is likely to be because of the rising input cost as well as freight.
Mahindra XUV700 – Price Hike
The Mahindra XUV700 made its debut in September 2021 at the starting price of INR 11.99 lakh ex-showroom. The ex-showroom price was later revised to INR 12.49 lakh ex-showroom. The Mahindra XUV700 in the base petrol MX trim now comes with a price tag of INR 12.96 lakh ex-showroom. The MX variant with the diesel engine and a manual transmission now comes with a price tag of INR 13.47 lakh ex-showroom.

The petrol MX MT 5S comes with a price tag starting at INR 12,95,712 ex-showroom. The AX3 MT 5S is priced INR 15,02,241 ex-showroom while the AX5 MT 5S comes with a sticker price of INR 16,05,509 ex-showroom. The AX3 AT 5S is priced at INR 16,57,060 ex-showroom. The AX5 AT 5S comes at INR 17,70,539 ex-showroom. The AX5 MT 7S variant is priced at INR 16,67,436 ex-showroom while the top-end petrol model the AX7 MT 7S is priced at INR 18,63,432 ex-showroom.
The diesel variants start with a price tag of INR 13,47,425 ex-showroom for the MX MT 5S. While the AX3 MT 5S comes with a price tag of INR 15,53,797 ex-showroom. The AX5 MT 5S comes at INR 16,67,433 ex-showroom and the automatic variant, the AX3 AT 5S comes with a sticker price of INR 17,29,364 ex-showroom. The XUV700 in the AX5 AT 5S trim comes at INR 18,32,467 ex-showroom, AX3 MT 7S is priced INR 16,26,095 ex-showroom.
The AX5 MT 7S comes with a price tag of INR 17,29,364 ex-showroom, the AX7 MT 7S at INR 19,25,359 ex-showroom, while the AX7 L MT 7S at INR 21,00,925 ex-showroom. The AX3 AT 5S comes at INR 17,29,364 ex-showroom, the AX5 AT 5S INR 18,32,467 ex-showroom while the AX5 AT 7S at INR 18,94,396 ex-showroom.
