Mercedes Benz has inaugurated its first integrated 3S MAR20X Sales and Service Experience Center. This facility has come up in Kochi, Kerala.
Mercedes Benz 3S MAR20X – Key Highlights
This is a world-class 50,000 sq. ft Mercedes-Benz Coastal Star ‘MAR20X Experience Center’. This facility gets its dedicated EQ Display, AMG Performance Center and an Exclusive Corner that caters to the Top End Vehicle (TEV) Display. The strategic location in Kochi’s automotive hub with its proximity to south and central Kerala is crucial. The exclusive new car delivery area of Coastal Star gets its sound, light and visual show. This creates a personalised and celebratory experience for Mercedes-Benz customers.
With an aim to provide a luxurious and immersive brand experience to customers. This new integrated experience centre of Coastal Star showcases Mercedes-Benz’s modern retail format. Called MAR20X, this highlights the four pillars of Design, Architecture, Customer-oriented processes and Digital enhancements.
Customer Centric Approaches
The vertical service facility of Coastal Star also gets 27 service bays. In fact, it also has the capacity to service 10,000+ cars in a year. It comes equipped with all hardware and tech to provide end-to-end service offerings. This includes preventive maintenance, general repair, and body and paint services. To facilitate a smooth experience, it also gets an integrated digital customer service journey.
To further add to the exclusive touch, the facility has an integrated customer contact centre. This takes care of all inbound and outbound customer needs and digital diagnostic capabilities. It provides technical assistance from Mercedes-Benz India, as well as from Stuttgart. In addition, the facility also comes with an integrated spare parts area of 10,000 sq. ft.
The service facility also aligns with Mercedes-Benz’s sustainable vision and electrification. To resonate with the same, the experience centre boasts of a 180 kW DC ultra-fast charger. This is a first for the luxury segment in Kerala. The facility also runs on solar panel-powered sustainable energy to minimise the impact on the environment.
