Mahindra Two Wheelers has launched a new variant of Centuro motorcycle, called as the Centuro Rockstar. This variant has been priced at Rs. 43,684 (ex-showroom Delhi).
The Centuro Rockstar is powered by the same 106.7cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke, air-cooled, MCi-5 engine producing 8.5 BHP of power @ 7,500 RPM and 8.5 Nm of torque @ 5,500 RPM. Gearbox duty is performed by a 4-speed unit. Mahindra offers a five year warranty on the Centuro Rockstar.
ARAI approved fuel efficiency is rated at 85.4 kmpl.
The Rockstar variant gets new body decals in a red-black-gold combination and the signature golden ribs have been carried forward, a flip key, LED pilot lamps, LED tail lamps, electric start function, VRLA battery and alloy wheels. The stainless steel heat shield from the exhaust has now been replaced by a black unit. Missing features compared to the Centuro model are the digital speedo console, key fob and anti-theft alarm.
The Rockstar variant will be available in two colours – Blazing Black and Heavy Metallic.
