Importance Of Digital Services In Today’s Times
With the growing demand for Work From Home culture, customers are getting increasingly reliant on these digital services. Automotive manufacturers are introducing online services like virtual showrooms, doorstep pickup/drop, online payment services to attract more customers of today’s time. Kia is one such brand that gives a lot of importance to innovation and technology. This is pretty much evident in its range of products as well.
As of today, Kia has rolled out over 1.75 lakh connected cars for the Indian market. This speaks volumes of the carmaker’s push for improving customer services via innovative products and services. Moreover, the change of name from Kia Motors to Kia and the new slogan ‘Movement that Inspires’ is also on the same track to shift its focus more towards creativity. Kia India has cemented its position as one of the top 5 selling car makers in the country.
