Kawasaki India has launched the KLX 230R S in India. The off-road only bike has been priced at INR 5.21 lakh. The KLX 230R S will be brought into the Indian market via the completely built unit (CBU). This has resulted in a high pricing for the motorcycle.

As this bike is not to be used on the road, it misses out on mandatory features like headlights, brake lights, indicators and mirrors. In terms of design, the KLX 230R S looks sleek. It gets a tall front fender, fork gaiters, upswept tail and a highly located exhaust.
The bike rides on wire-spoke rims. The front wheels measure 21-inch while the rear is 18-inch in size. These are equipped with tube-type knobby tyres. Other features include long travel suspension – front forks and rear mono shock and petal-style disc brakes on both wheels to name a few.

The bike gets a 233cc single-cylinder petrol engine. This air-cooled unit is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
Kawasaki ZX-4RR : More Details
Kawasaki has released new information on the upcoming Ninja ZX-4R sportsbike. The highly anticipated bike is expected to revive the 4-cylinder 400cc segment. Kawasaki is planning to launch the RR version of the Ninja ZX-4RR for the UK markets. The bike will be priced at GBP 8699 (INR. 9,11,204). Customers will be able to get their hands on one from September 2023.
The powerhouse of this bike is a 399cc, four-cylinder unit with DOHC. This motor develops 18.9 BHP @ 14,500 rpm. The rev limiter of this bike kicks in after 15,000 rpm. This unique bike from Kawasaki aims to revive the segment which had bikes like the Kawasaki ZXR400 and Honda CBR400RR. It is not yet known if the bike maker plans to launch this motorcycle in India.
