Jaguar Land Rover opens a new showroom in Santa Cruz, Mumbai

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) India has announced the opening of its latest showroom in Mumbai via its existing retailer Navnit Motors. Located at Kalina in Santa Cruz, the new showroom replaces the already existing Navnit Motors in Andheri. Along with providing convenience, the showroom also offers customers the opportunity to experience JLR’s range of products.

Jaguar Land Rover India’s portfolio consists of its newly launched BEV, the I-PACE, which has won numerous awards globally. The new showroom offers new as well as pre-owned JLR products, JLR branded accessories and merchandise for its customers.

JLR’s dealer network in India 

A total of 24 cities and 28 authorized outlets in each city offer Jaguar Land Rover vehicles in India. These cities include Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Kochi, Karnal, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mangalore, Mumbai, Noida, Pune, Raipur, Surat, and Vijayawada.

JLR’s recent launches: 2021 Jaguar F-Pace SVR 

Jaguar Land Rover India has introduced the SVR version of the Jaguar F-Pace SUV for the Indian Market. The F-Pace SVR is Jaguar’s new top-of-the-range performance SUV starting at a price tag of INR 151.2 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The F-Pace SVR now features a motorsport-themed exterior design, luxurious interiors, and the latest connected technologies.

The performance SUV sports a wheelbase of 2874mm along with a height of 1664mm and a length of 4747mm. Jaguar offers the F-Pace SVR in 8 colour options – Atacama Orange, British Racing Green, Velocity Blue, Petrolix Blue, Amethyst Grey-Purple, Flux Silver, and Ionian Silver, and Sorrento Yellow.

The F-Pace SVR sports a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine producing 543 Ps of power and 700 NM of torque. This enables the SUV to achieve 100 kph in just 4.0 seconds whilst paired to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The SUV has key additional features like an 11.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 3D Surround Camera Technology, and Cabin Air Ionization. The new ‘Pivi Pro’ Technology allows for Software-Over-The-Air (SOTA) updates and extends towards the new 12.3-inch digital driver’s display.

JLR’s recent launches: 2021 Jaguar I-PACE Black 

The I-PACE Black is the newest variant in the BEV’s line-up, which launched in India at a price tag of INR 1.05 crore (ex-showroom Delhi). The Black version gets an ‘enhanced black pack’ for the exterior, offering a Gloss Black finish on the door mirror caps, grille surround, side window surrounds, and rear badges. Other new exterior elements include 19-inch ‘Diamond Turned with Gloss Dark Grey contrast wheels’, ‘Aruba’ and ‘Farallon Pearl Black’ metallic paint options.

The Black features the same 90 kWh battery delivering 294 kW and 696 Nm of torque on the regular I-PACE. This enables the BEV to reach 100 kph in a swift 4.8 seconds. Jaguar offers a 100kW quick charger to charge the car from 0 to 80% in 40 minutes. The brand provides another 7.4 kW AC wall charger that takes 10 hours to charge up to 80%. The I-PACE provides a range of 470 kilometres (WLTP rated) on a full charge.
