Triumph motorcycles announces ‘Total Care’ after sales program

Written by Akhil Dalvi

British premium motorcycle brand, Triumph Motorcycles has announced its ‘Total Care’ after-sales program with the aim of enhancing customer experience. The program enables Triumph customers to experience the brand’s premium services and products. Some of these include online service bookings, Extended Warranty, Roadside Assistance, service packages, and Triumph approved. The ‘Total Care’ program offers 360-degree solutions for after-sales requirements and enhances customer experience due to the provision of all program-related information.

‘Total Care’ Program: Service Package and Extended Warranty

Triumph’s Service Packages offers customers affordable methods to pay for their servicing upfront. This allows the brand to protect them from increased servicing costs. The service package includes inflation-proof servicing, an additional discount on PCA & labour, two free additional check-ups, and a full transfer on the bike’s resale.

The brand’s extended warranty (EW) provides complete assurance towards the customer post-expiration of the original warranty. The EW includes global warranty coverage at official Triumph dealerships and limitless km coverage. The plan enables a complete transfer of the bike towards another customer in order to offer a better resale value.

‘Total Care’ Program: Health Check and Roadside Assistance

To maximize the safety of the bikes, Triumph conducts a detailed Bike Health Check every time a customer visits the brand’s outlet. This allows for proactively highlighting any issues and ensuring the bike is at its utmost best condition. The health check covers preventive maintenance, ensuring the bike’s safety before its handover to the customer.

The roadside assistance package developed by Triumph and Europ Assistance aims to provide backup for the customer in case of a breakdown. Termed Triumph Assist, the plan offers a 24 hour, 365-day breakdown coverage for all Triumph customers in India. The Triumph RSA, which covers the scope of the vehicle, has recently been increased from 5 years to 7 years.

‘Total Care’ Program: Used Motorcycles and Genuine Spares

The brand’s Triumph-approved program offers customers assurance and confidence while choosing their desired used bike. The program includes parameters like a minimum 1-year unlimited distance warranty, 1-year RSA, certified vehicle quality check, and available finance. Vehicle history, mileage check, and a valid PUC are notable inclusions.

Triumph’s genuine parts maintain the performance and preserve the bike’s value thanks to a 2-year warranty. For additional reassurance, the parts are designed, engineered, and tested for use in the same manner found on the brand’s new bikes. Triumph utilizes the latest technology and high-quality materials to engineer parts for maintaining its bikes and optimizing their performance. Triumph’s range of over 30,000 parts includes a 2-year unlimited mileage warranty to offer longer service life and performance. High resistance to wear and tear, along with keeping the detail and quality control for original components, are other inclusions.

‘Total Care’ Program: Online Service Booking

Triumph customers can schedule their next service online in a quick and easy manner thanks to 24X7 availability. As an industry-first initiative, customers can send in their details, arrange the date and time of service and view their actual service cost in 2 minutes.
