Honda Car India Limited has announced that the brand has launched Exclusive Editions of the BS6 compliant Honda Amaze and the BS6 compliant new Honda WR-V facelift which was launched recently. The Honda Amaze Exclusive Edition Petrol in the manual transmission option is priced at INR 7,96,000 and the CVT version is priced at INR 8,79,000 ex-showroom, Delhi. The Honda WR-V Exclusive Edition Petrol in the manual transmission option is priced at INR 9,69,900 ex-showroom, Delhi. The WR-V Exclusive Edition with the Diesel powertrain is priced at INR 10,99,900. The Honda Amaze Exclusive Edition Diesel in the manual transmission option is priced at INR 9,26,000 ex-showroom, Delhi and with the CVT automatic priced at INR 9,99,000 ex-showroom. The Honda WR-V Exclusive Edition is only available in the Manual Transmission option.
The new editions of Amaze and WR-V are based on top grade VX model and the Exclusive Edition Amaze features a chrome finished window moulding, chrome garnish on the fog lamp and trunk, premium seat cover finished in black suede, a functional armrest for added comfort, step illumination and front foot light along with an Exclusive Edition badge. The WR-V receives highlights such as chrome finished grille garnish and fog lamp inserts, exclusive edition body graphics, premium suede seat covers, front foot lights along with step illumination and Exclusive Edition emblem.
The Honda Amaze is powered by a BS6-compliant 1.2-litre i-VTEC engine that delivers 90 PS of power and 110 Nm of torque matched to a 5-speed manual transmission and a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) automatic. The Amaze is also available with a BS6 compliant 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel engine that will churn out 100 PS of power and 200 Nm of torque available with a 5-speed manual transmission and a CVT gearbox. The WR-V is powered by the same engines that power the Amaze but the the CVT gearbox option is not available on the Honda WR-V.
Marking the beginning of the festive season Honda also introduced the Special Edition Honda Amaze a few weeks ago. The Honda Amaze Special Edition model will be available in both Petrol and Diesel fuel options along with Manual and CVT Automatic gearbox options with prices starting from INR 7 lakh ex-showroom, Delhi.
The brand has also announced that the Exclusive Edition Amaze and WR-V can be ordered from Honda authorised dealerships along with Honda’ online sales platform, ‘Honda from Home’.
