Chinese motorcycle manufacturer CFMoto has recently unveiled its new middleweight cruiser, the 450CL-C. This bike is set to compete with the likes of the Kawasaki Eliminator 500 in the international markets.
450CL-C Design and Features
The CFMoto 450CL-C sports a typical cruiser bodywork, complete with a round LED headlight, a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, a tiny side panel, and a curved rear fender. The bike is available in a single-tone black color and a dual-tone red and silver color. Other standout visual features include bar-end mirrors, engine fins, seats with red stitching, and a double-barrel exhaust.
In terms of features, the bike is equipped with all-LED lights, a TFT display, and dual-channel ABS1. It also includes standard inclusions such as smartphone connectivity and traction control.
Engine and Performance
The 450CL-C is powered by a 449 cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine with a 270-degree crank. This engine produces 43.6 bhp at 9,000 rpm and 42 Nm of torque at 6,250 rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox that includes a slipper clutch.
Chassis and Suspension
The bike employs a steel tube frame that’s suspended by a 37mm, USD fork, and a monoshock. It rides on 16-inch wheels that are shod with CST Bobber tyres. Braking duties are handled by a 320 mm disc at the front and a 220 mm disc at the rear.
450CL-C Pricing and Availability
CFMoto has priced the 450CL-C at 5599 UK pounds, which is close to INR 6 lakh. The bike is expected to enter the North American market in 2024. With its unique design and impressive features, the CFMoto 450CL-C is set to make a significant impact in the middleweight cruiser segment.
