Partnering with Popular Vehicles & Services, the new Pattom city Ather Space provides a unique ownership experience and complete customer service. It also provides support to new customers by offering them the opportunity to learn about the e-scooters in extensive detail. Customers will get a chance to explore a stripped-bare unit of the e-scooter on display and book their test rides. Using the company’s official website, customers can come into the dealership to test ride or purchase their new Ather e-scooter.

Current and Future Plans

Ather Energy has stated that this outlet will provide a holistic experience for owners while riding or purchasing their e-scooters. It has also stated its plans of launching ten new retail centres in the state of Kerala by March 2023. Ather has priced the 450X and 450 Plus at INR 1,46,926 and INR 1,27,916 (ex-showroom), respectively. The automaker states that when compared to a traditional ICE-powered 125cc scooter, their e-scooters help reduce the cost of ownership.

Current Ather e-scooter customers can save up to INR 2 per Km and achieve investment breakeven in 18-24 months. The e-scooter OEM has heavily invested in developing and building its own charging infrastructure and installed 5 Ather Grid Points. In Thiruvananthapuram, customers can find the Ather charging points at Thycaud, Kazhakootam, Panavila, Nemom, and Plamoodu.

Ather Energy has stated that it plans to add four more charging points by March 2022 to strengthen its network. The company aims to expand its charging network across India to offer smooth and hassle-free rides for EV owners. Ather Energy has also announced its plans of developing and strengthen its dealerships in 100 Indian cities by March 2023.
