Bookings for Mahindra’s electric SUVs, the BE 6 and XEV 9e, will open on February 14, 2025. However, only the “Pack ‘THREE'” which is the highest-spec models of the Mahindra BE 6 and Mahindra XEV 9e electric SUVs will be available for reservations on this day. The booking information for the remaining variations will be released in March, the business has clarified.
BE 6 and XEV 9e dates for test drive
During the Unlimit India Tech Day on January 7, 2025, Mahindra gave details on when their electric SUVs would be delivered. The Pack ‘THREE’ models, which come with 79 kWh battery packs, will be the first to be delivered, the business announced. Early March is when deliveries of the BE 6 and XEV 9e SUVs in this form are anticipated to start.
Mahindra has declared that it will gradually introduce test drives for its electrified SUVs throughout India. On January 14, 2025, the first phase will start, with test drives available in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. Beginning on January 24, 2025, the second phase will spread to 15 other cities, including as Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and other such places. Test drives will be offered in more places nationwide starting on February 7, 2025, as part of the third phase.
BE 6 and XEV 9e Features:
Premium features such a panoramic sunroof, multi-zone air conditioning, wireless phone charging, ventilated and motorised front seats, and a 14000-watt 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system are standard on Mahindra’s XEV 9e and BE 6e. A heads-up display powered by augmented reality (AR) is also a feature of both EVs. The BE 6e has a dual-screen configuration, whereas the XEV 9e has three 12.3-inch screens—one for the driver’s display, one for the touchscreen, and one for the passenger’s display.
The ex-showroom pricing of the Mahindra BE 6 Pack THREE is INR 26.90 lakhs, while the XEV 9e Pack THREE costs INR 30.50 lakhs.
