Ultraviolette Automotive has announced that its F77 Mach 2 electric motorcycle will be exported to over 40 countries, marking a significant milestone for the Indian electric vehicle (EV) industry. The company has secured global certification under the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) regulations, allowing the F77 Mach 2 to be legally used on roads in these countries.
Certification and Global Reach
The F77 Mach 2 has received the L3e approval from UNECE, enabling it to be used by A1 and A2 license holders in over 40 countries, including those within the European Union. This certification is a major achievement for Ultraviolette, as it opens doors to a much larger global audience.
Features and Specifications
The F77 Mach 2 is powered by a 27 kW electric motor and a 7.1 kWh battery, offering a range of 211 km. The Recon variant features a more powerful 30 kW motor and a 10.3 kWh battery, providing a range of 323 km. The motorcycle can accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in 2.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 155 km/h.
