Jeep has joined hands with the Marvel Cinematic Universe launching the Made in Italy new Jeep Renegade Impulse ‘Loki’ edition. According to Jeep, the Renegade Impulse Loki edition overcomes any obstacle. And with Loki in particular, the compact SUV with Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) Renegade 4xe expresses Loki’s duality character.
Jeep Renegade Impulse Loki edition
The new Renegade Impulse Loki edition comes with a rich Limited trim package enhanced by the Function Pack and 18-inch alloy wheels. In addition to this, the Renegade Impulse Loki edition also comes with a special sticker pack to further customize the model. The Impulse special series celebrates the partnership with Marvel Studios and coincided with the new original “Loki” series. The new series every Wednesday on Disney+ starting from 9th June 2021.
Jeep Renegade Powertrain
Powering the Jeep Renegade Impulse Loki edition is a 130 bhp Multijet II engine and a 190 bhp 4xe plug-in hybrid engine. The double soul of Loki incorporates the technical layout of the Jeep 4xe PHEV hybrid. The SUV comes with two electric motors and an 11.4 KWh battery pack. The electric powertrain integrates with the 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine and an efficient 6-speed automatic transmission. The hybrid powertrain enables two-car traits in one. The battery propulsion system powers the rear wheels, and the internal combustion engine powers the front wheels.
Jeep Renegade Battery
The Jeep Renegade 4xe’s 11.4 kWh battery can be charged while driving, either at home with a domestic plug and also the option of easyWallbox. Users can also charge the battery at a more advanced Connected Wallbox or a public charging point. The electric motor produces an additional 60 Hp of power and can traverse approximately 50 km using 100% full-electric power.

In the Indian market, Jeep is planning to launch a new three-row iteration of the Compass SUV. The brand is still testing the three-row Compass in the international market, evident from images on the internet in the recent past. Speculations are that Jeep is likely to name the new three-row Compass, Commander H6, in the Indian market.
