#20,000 Lamborghini Huracán rolls out, STO in Grigio Acheso Matt

Lamborghini has rolled out its 20,000th Huracan. The special model is done in the Grigio Acheson Matt shade and will head to Monaco to its owner. Huracan first arrived in 2014 with all the hype, and now 8 years down the line, Lamborghini has provided numerous special editions with the Huracan. Lamborghini mentioned that this supercar sports emotion in every environment, including both daily driving and performance on the track. Staying true to Lamborghini’s philosophy, Huracan is the perfect representation of the brand’s conquest in motorsports.

Lamborghini Huracan’s Journey Till Now

In the past 8 years, we have seen enough of the supercar. Lamborghini mentioned that Huracan has seen 12 road and 3 racing versions to date. As of today, around 71 per cent of the customers have opted for the coupe version. Meanwhile, 29 per cent chose the open-air derivatives. The US still remains the largest market for Huracan. Second and third on the list are the UK and China. For 2021 as well, Huracan contributed greatly to the sales volume, with a total of 2,586 units sold for the calendar year.

With the demand for smart connectivity on the rise, Lamborghini too incorporated innovative features. Moreover, Lamborghini also became the first automaker to use complete vehicle system control powered by Amazon Alexa in the Huracan EVO. In addition to this, Lamborghini was also the first to adopt the what3words function to navigate to anywhere in the world.

A lot Of Customization Options

Being a Lamborghini, customers get a host of customization options. Lamborghini mentioned that more than 60 per cent of Huracans have been delivered with Ad Personam customization. This gives the customers an array of colour shades, trims and special materials to choose from. Currently, this Ad Personam customization offers close to 300 exterior colour options to choose from. Meanwhile, a customer can also opt for choosing its own unique colour shade. The carmaker mentioned that customers from central Europe, Japan and the UK are most inclined towards these tailor-made customizations.
