VW India is expanding its presence in India at a rapid pace. The company recently inaugurated a new 3S (sales, service & spares) facility for customers in Delhi NCR. The address of the showroom reads as Plot No. B-72/4, Wazirpur Industrial Area, New Delhi – 110052. Thus now, the customers in the region can now avail an integrated Brand experience of sales & service housed under one roof.

The facility comprises a 5-car display area showcasing all of VW India’s lineup of cars. This includes the much-in-demand Taigun and Virtus. Meanwhile, customers can also experience the global best-seller by Volkswagen, the Tiguan. This facility also has a 13-bay service area and a body & paint shop. All this will cater to the service and maintenance requirements of the customers through skilled and trained technicians. Customers staying far away from the service shop can avail of the door-to-door service initiative by Volkswagen.

With the introduction of this new facility, VW further strengthens its presence in Delhi NCR. It is an important market for Volkswagen, as the company witnessed a high demand for its young and fresh product portfolio from the region. Thus, with the setting up of this facility, VW is confident that the integrated sales & service facility will provide more reasons to own a VW in 2022.
Currently, in Delhi NCR, the Volkswagen brand has a total of 9 sales and 8 service facilities across the region. Now with this latest addition, the total network strength of Volkswagen in India stands at 153 sales and 121 service touchpoints across 115 cities. With the growing number of dealerships, VW is becoming much more appealing to customers. Moreover, the brand is now able to market itself to new regions, this targeting a wider range of audiences.
