Volkswagen India announces annual monsoon campaign in July 2023

Volkswagen Passenger Cars India has announced its annual ‘Monsoon Campaign’ car care service initiative. This is for its customers at 120 service touchpoints across India. The month-long campaign, starting on July 1st, 2023, aims to provide comprehensive service to customers.

Key Features Of This Campaign

During the Monsoon Campaign, customers will offer a complimentary 40-point check-up by trained professionals. This check-up will examine the vehicle for any existing or potential maintenance. It will also encounter repair needs to prevent breakdowns and ensure a smooth and comfortable driving experience.

Volkswagen Passenger Cars India emphasised the brand’s commitment to providing a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable driving experience. The Monsoon Campaign highlights the importance of pre-monsoon maintenance. This is to ensure customer and vehicle safety in challenging driving conditions during the season.

Volkswagen’s ‘Accessible Service’ strategy focuses on delivering a holistic service experience. It helps to reduce the cost of ownership and offers peace of mind to customers. The campaign includes attractive offers on loyalty products. Such as Extended Warranty (EW), Service Value Package (SVP), and Select Value-Added Services (VAS) to provide an affordable ownership experience.

To make it convenient for customers, Volkswagen is also offering doorstep service. This is through Volkswagen Assistance and Mobile Service Units, which cover 90 per cent of the country’s geography. Additionally, customers can book service appointments or purchase loyalty products directly through the Volkswagen India website.

Virtus Bringing In Significant Amount Of Sales

Volkswagen has expanded its lineup of the Virtus 1.5 TSI with the introduction of two new variants within a short span of time. The recent launch is the Virtus GT DSG, which comes with a price tag of Rs 16.20 lakh (ex-showroom). This variant is positioned as the most affordable option in the Virtus 1.5 TSI range, offering a lower price point compared to the previously launched GT Plus trim, which boasts more advanced features.
