Triumph Bonneville Bobber Chrome Edition launched at INR 12,85,000

Written by AnantaSaranNayak

Triumph has launched a new limited edition series, the Chrome Edition for its range of motorcycles. This edition takes inspiration from the classic custom look that has been a significant part of Triumph’s iconic history. Starting from the original chromed tank of the 1937 Speed Twin to the 1960s Tritons, and all the way up to the birth of the custom classic generation. This new collection of limited editions commemorates the craftsmanship and artistry that sits at the heart of Triumph’s DNA. Triumph further mentioned that all are available for one year only. And each of the 8 new limited-edition motorcycles brings a unique, bold, and beautiful outlook. In this article, we talk about the Bonneville Bobber Chrome Edition.

What Is The Bonneville Bobber Chrome Edition?

With its muscular stance to its award-winning easy ride, the Bonneville Bobber was an instant hit. Stripped-back style, wire-spoked wheels, wide flat bars, and that unmistakable hardtail look are its key characteristics. This modern icon captured a loyal following ever since it was launched.

In perfect contrast to its blacked-out attitude and style, the new Bonneville Bobber Chrome Edition gets an elegant chrome fuel tank, beautifully finished with a Jet Black overlay and delicately detailed Triumph triangle badges. Distinguished and distinctive, this monochrome makeover resonates with Jet Black mudguards and side panels featuring the distinctive Bobber logo. A matching Jet Black short front mudguard is available as an accessory option thus adding to the exclusive touch. There’s also a dedicated Bonneville Bobber Chrome Edition Accessory Kit on offer.

With all the performance and capability of the latest generation, the Chrome edition Bobber delivers 106 Newton meters of torque. The equipped torque assist clutch reduces lever effort for smoother operation. Hence making the Bobber an easy and comfortable bike to ride. Completing the Bobber’s high specification set-up is a fat 16-inch front wheel and chunky 47mm Showa cartridge forks. These combine with the innovative ‘hidden’ monoshock RSU for solid handling with no compromise to comfort. Furthermore, the ABS-equipped twin Brembo front brakes ensure powerful controlled braking.

Prices for the Bonneville Bobber Chrome Edition start at INR 12,85,000 (ex-showroom).
