Tata Motors announced filing a record number of 125 patents in FY22, which is the highest ever in its history. Also, the company received a grant of 56 patents during the same time period. Tata Motors, hence, reaffirms its commitment to fostering innovation, research and advanced engineering.
The patents filed include a diverse range of innovations and development. These include traditional and also new energy powertrain technologies. Others include connected vehicle technologies, safety, body in white (BIW), trims, and other vehicle systems.
