Renault announced the opening of 300 booking centres across the Indian market. This will help the brand bring its vehicles to rural areas of India. Furthermore, the brand also announced its collaboration with CSC Grameen e-Stores. The aim is to make the process of booking Renault vehicles easier and more accessible.
Renault Booking Centres
With the Renault Booking Centres, customers can book their cars by scanning a QR code with minimum document formalities. Through the Renault Booking Centre, customers will not only be able to book their cars but also be able to obtain necessary information. The centres will also provide relevant information regarding the models, features, price range, and available finance schemes. Renault will be employing highly trained personnel to help customers with enquiries and facilitate sales to end customers in rural locations.
What is CSC SPV?
CSC SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) has been set up to oversee the implementation of CSC. This will provide a centralised collaborative framework for the delivery of services to the citizens. Renault India’s partnership with CSC Grameen eStore since last year brings their leading product range, and services to potential customers in the rural areas. This partnership also supports the Government of India’s Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyaan (PMGDISHA) to provide digital literacy to rural citizens.

Renault recently launched the 2022 Kiger SUV in India with new features for the exteriors and interiors. The new compact SUV also comes with a new colour option – Metal Mustard with Mystery Black Roof in Dual Tone. The 2022 Kiger comes with a starting price of INR 5.84 lakh ex-showroom. Renault will be offering the Kiger the RXT(O) variant with a 1.o-litre Turbo in MT and X-TRONIC CVT transmission options. Joining Renault’s 2022 lineup was also their highly successful model, Kwid. The car also introduces new colour options – Metal Mustard and Ice Cool White with Black roof in Dual Tone along with new Dual-tone flex wheels. Furthermore, a new RXL(O) variant was introduced on both the 0.8-litre and 1.0-litre engine options.
