The launch of Magnite was turned the fortune of Nissan in India. The car has rejuvenated the car company that is on the verge of exiting the country. From the very first day, Magnite has resonated with the Indian customers perfectly. Competitive price tag, latest updated feature and SUV like outlook, all these parameters are what Indians are looking for. In addition to this, Nissan India has launched a slew of customer-centric initiatives. Given the growing sentiments towards online services, Nissan has its answers. Services like service cost calculators accessible via Nissan Service Hub or Nissan Connect enhance the customer ownership experience to a whole new level. Having scored 4-star in the Global NCAP safety rating, the Magnite is quite robust.

In addition to this, Nissan is also providing 24×7 roadside assistance to customers in need within 90 minutes within city limits. Nissan India confirmed that they have expanded their service network to over 1,500+ cities. Customers can also opt for the ‘Convenience of Doorstep Service’ and ‘Pick-up & Drop-off’ services of Nissan cars to and from dealerships. This will help mitigate the risk of infection and minimise disruptions in the schedule of customers. Furthermore, Nissan also claims the lowest-in-class maintenance cost at just 30 paise/km (for 50,000 km) for the Magnite. To further add to the convenience, customers also get a warranty of 2 years (50,000kms) which can be extended for up to 5 years (100,000 km) at a nominal cost.
