The Renault Captur is not selling well, we all know that. Now, the brand has updated this crossover with a few features for 2019 expecting a bump in sales. The Captur is sold as a crossover for the Indian market, and never really saw sales performance rising from the day of launch.
For 2019, Renault is offering ABS, dual-airbags, EBD, lateral ISOFIX, rear parking sensors, driver & front passenger seat belt reminder and speed alert system as standard on all variants. Renault is offering the 2019 Captur in two trims across the petrol and diesel engines -RXE (Petrol & Diesel) and PLATINE Dual Tone (Petrol & Diesel). Interiors are now seen in black and ivory theme. The Captur also gets a new 17.64″ touchscreen MediaNAV system with Apple Car Play, Android Auto, Eco Guide and Voice Recognition.
The petrol powered Captur has a mileage claim of 13.87 kmpl while the diesel Captur is capable of returning 20.37 kmpl of mileage.
