Nissan India improves its service network in the country by adding 18 new workshops in 18 new cities. In an attempt to enhance the digital services, the company has now tied up with myTVS. This will also cover the Road-Side Assistance for Nissan India integrated with the NissanConnect app. Alongside this, Nissan India has also announced a free monsoon check-up camp, starting from 31st August 2021, with a 20 per cent discount on labour costs. The camp will include a 30-point check-up, including the exterior, interior, road-test, underbody check, and a free top wash. This check-up is crucial for the vehicle’s optimal performance in the upcoming monsoon season.
Nissan Expanding Its Presence In The Country
With the recent launch of the Magnite, Nissan has made a strong comeback in terms of sales figures. The company was almost on the verge of leaving the country, but then the successful launch of the Magnite changed the carmaker’s fortune. To cater to the increasing demand and open up its market to newer cities, Nissan India added 18 new workshops in 18 new locations all across the country.
Supporting this, Nissan has also improved its RSA service in partnership with myTVS. This RSA service gives the customers real-time tow truck location status along with providing other real-time updates. In case of any emergency, the customers need to click the RSA tab in the NissanConnect app. After this, a ticket will be raised, and the system shall update the nearest myTVS technician or tow truck.
