Czech car manufacturer, Skoda suggests that all future models will be more spacious than they currently are. In a bid to offer more value at a given price point, the company wants to offer more useable room to the passengers.
Skoda mentions that the upcoming next-generation Superb will have a wheelbase longer than the new Volkswagen Passat. The car will still be under 5 metres in length but will be the longest car in their product portfolio with the Fabia at 4 metres, Rapid at 4.3 metres and Octavia at 4.6 metres in length. The new Superb will be unveiled in less than six months from now.
The Yeti which stands at 4.2 metres in length will also see an addition of 10 cm to improve rear legroom for passengers and better boot space.
