Hyundai is developing the new generation of the Venue compact SUV. Ahead of its official unveiling later this year, the Venue N Line test car has been spotted internationally. Read more details below.

Next-gen Hyundai Venue N Line – What to expect?
As seen in the spy shots, the test car is heavily camouflaged, but the special N Line details are visible overall. The new-gen Venue will get a revised design, which is expected to be boxier and more identical to the current-gen Creta.
With the reworked body design, the N Line will feature the sporty cosmetic bits like the special N Line alloy wheels with red sporty accents. Moreover, the test car has dual-exhaust chrome tips and roof railing with red highlights.
The white colour test car also has blacked-out new ORVMS, which will fall in line with the black roof contrast, as seen on the current N Line Venue.
Meanwhile, the new-gen Venue N Line will have a sporty front grille and sporty bumpers compared to its standard model. Other design highlights will include the new LED lights, a new boot design, chiselled body panels, and muscular looks.
The cabin is also expected to undergo a complete overhaul, as it will get equipped with a new dashboard, new panels, new seats, and a plethora of new features like ADAS safety, wireless connectivity, and more.
Powering the new-gen Venue N Line will be the same 1.0-litre turbo-petrol, three-cylinder engine as the current car. This engine develops 118 bhp and 172 Nm of peak power and torque, respectively. It is offered with a 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox.
The new Venue N Line is expected to launch in India around the festive season later this year.

Our conclusion
The Venue compact SUV has been a critical product for the Korean carmaker in the Indian market. However, it is long overdue for a thorough update, which is expected to come soon before this year’s end. The new-gen Venue will revive the compact SUV sales for Hyundai in India.
