Audi has commenced bookings of the new Audi Q3 in India. When the BS6 emission norms came in, Audi discontinued the Q3 in India. The Q3 was also Audi’s top-selling model in the country. And now, it is back in a new avatar, new powertrain and a host of new features. The German luxury carmaker will likely launch the new Q3 by next month. Meanwhile, Audi says it will start deliveries towards the end of the year.
Interested customers can also now book the Q3 by paying an initial amount of INR 2,00,000. Customers can book the Q3 by visiting their nearest Audi showroom. They can also use the Audi India website or the ‘myAudi connect’ app to book the SUV.
Audi India is also offering additional ownership benefits for the first 500 bookings. These include an extended warranty of 2+3 years and a 3-year / 50,000 km Comprehensive Service Value Package. Furthermore, existing Audi India customers will also get special loyalty benefits.
New Audi Q3 – Variants & Features
Audi will offer the new Q3 in two variants – Premium Plus & Technology. According to Audi, the new Q3 will also get a host of first-in-segment features. Common to both variants will be matrix LED headlights with DRLs, LED taillights, a panoramic glass sunroof, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a new three-spoke steering wheel with paddle shifters.

New Audi Q3 – Powertrain
Like recent models from Audi, the Q3 will also no longer be available with a diesel engine option. Internationally, Audi offers the Q3 with a 1.5-litre 150 HP turbo-petrol, a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol in two states of tune – 190 HP and 230 HP and also a 2.0-litre diesel. However, for India, Audi will only offer it with a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol with 190 HP and 320 Nm of torque. Also, the only transmission option will be a 7-speed DCT. The new Q3 will also come with Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system as standard. Furthermore, it will also get a Start/Stop system with regenerative braking for better fuel efficiency.
