MG Healthline started as 24×7 medical consultation facility for customers

MG Motor India, announces yet another initiative called MG Healthline for its customers. Under this, the British car manufacturer will help its customers by providing them with free online medical consultation. The company mentioned that its customers could avail of this service by registering themselves on MG’s website or its app.

The second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic is a major hurdle to the movement of the customers. The need of the hour is to stay at home as long as possible. In partnership with Doctor 24×7, this initiative will aim to provide a helping hand to the customers. The medical team will also follow up with the MG customers three days after the first consultation.

MG Motor Extends Its Support To Fight Covid-19

In the wake of the second wave of Covid-19, MG India has launched a slew of measures. Recently, the company had announced the deployment of 100 Hector ambulances in partnership with Paytm. These Hector ambulances explicitly built to serve the Covid-19 patients to get all the required medical equipment. These ambulances are already in service in Nagpur, Vidharba and Vadodara.

To help bridge the gap of oxygen supply in the country, MG has taken some crucial steps. MG joined its hands with Devnandan Gases Pvt. Ltd. in Vadodara and boosted its oxygen production by 31% per hour. As per plans, the company aims to increase the output by 50% soon. Along with the online platform Credihealth MG is offering 200 beds for Covid-19 patients in Gurugram. The brand has also raised funds and distributed biodegradable bedsheets to the affected in Pune.

To safeguard its customer’s interest, MG Motor announced the date extension of its warranty and service options. For its customers, MG recently introduced a new accessory to fight airborne viruses. The device called Autoplus, claims to provide 360-degree protection from harmful viruses and bacteria.
