The F in the ‘F Tributo’ stands for Fangio, Juan Manuel Fangio, which made the debut into the world of F1 with the 250F on 17 January 1954. The brand is also celebrating its racing debut which will now be 95 years on 25 April 1926. The first car wielding the Trident was the Tipo26. The car had won the 1,500cc class at the Targa Florio with Alfieri Maserati at the helm. The F Tributo pays homage to the glorious victories of the past.
The Rosso Tributo which is a Red exterior paint commemorates the brand racing history. Maserati cars have always raced in the same hue and represented Italy in the early years of racing. The Azzurro or Blue is the vibrant shade of blue that represents the city of Modena, together with Yellow that goes on the brake callipers. The Red and Yellow livery also pays homage to Fangio’s 250F.
Furthermore, the Levante F Tributo is fitted with Anteo 21-inch alloy wheels in Black. Similarly, the Ghibli F Tributo comes with 21-inch Titano wheels in glossy black. The F Tributo cars also come with a glossy black badge and a trident logo in body colour on the C- pillar. The exteriors shades also reverberate with the interiors of the F Tributo and come with red or yellow stitching. This is combined with ‘Pieno Fiore’ a full-grain leather in black.
