Maserati has launched the new Trofeo unique versions of the Ghibli, Quattroporte and Levante in the Indian market. The Italian luxury car manufacturer has priced the Ghibli Trofeo at INR 1.99 crore ex-showroom. The Quattroporte Trofeo comes with a price tag of INR 2.32 crore ex-showroom, and the Levante comes with a sticker price of INR 2.38 crore ex-showroom.
The Trofeo Range
The Trofeo collection consists of the colours of the Italian National Flag – Green for Quattroporte, White for Levante and Red for Ghibli. The special versions also come with burnished chrome-work and glossy red trims. In addition to this, the Trofeo collection cars also feature a piano black grille, larger air intakes and carbon fibre trim. The Ghibli and Quattroporte ride on 21-inch alloy wheels, while the Levante comes with 22-inch wheels in a special design.
On the inside, the Trofeo collection cars also feature Pieno Fiore leather upholstery and carbon fibre trim. Maserati also offers three-dimensional Trofeo relief on the headrests of the cars. The cars also come with a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with MIA (Maserati Intelligent Assistant). Maserati also offers ADAS and other safety features on the Trofeo collection.
Maserati Trofeo Collection – Technical Specifications
Powering the Maserati Ghibli, Quattroporte and Levante Trofeo is a Ferrari-sourced 3.8-litre twin-turbo 90-degree V8 engine. The direct-injection petrol motor produces 580 Hp of power and 730 Nm of torque. The engine comes paired with an 8-speed ZF automatic gearbox. The new engine is compliant with the latest emissions standards. All three Trofeo edition cars also come with Integrated Vehicle Control (IVC) system and feature a Corsa button and Launch Control function. The engine on the Trofeo range is built at the Ferrari plant in Maranello, according to Maserati’s specifications.
Maserati produces the Ghibli Trofeo and Quattroporte Trofeo at the Avvocato Giovanni Agnelli Plant (AGAP) at Grugliasco (Turin), and the Levante Trofeo at the Mirafiori (Turin) production facility in Italy.
