The Maruti Suzuki Arena sales channel was launched in 2017. It provides a digitised, seamless and connected car buying experience to its customers. The target audience consists of young, dynamic and tech-savvy customers. The Maruti Suzuki Arena features state-of-the-art modern gadgets that allow customers to customise and get detailed know-how of their vehicle. This information about the specifications and attributes of Maruti Suzuki products is displayed digitally.
The Maruti Suzuki Arenas also employs Relationship Managers, Owner’s Lounge and a Cafe Consultation Zone. These RMs assist the buyer with tablet computers that can showcase the entire range of Maruti Suzuki products along with each variant for comparison.
The Maruti Suzuki Arena’s portfolio includes Maruti Suzuki’s flagship range of products like Alto K10, S-Presso, WagonR, Celerio, Swift, Dzire, Brezza, Ertiga and Eeco. The brand has also employed stringent safety SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Further there are strict sanitisation procedures in view of customer and staff safety.
Maruti Suzuki ARENAVerse
Maruti Suzuki has ventured out into the metaverse. India’s largest carmaker has announced ARENAVerse, a metaverse platform for the Arena dealerships across India.
The ARENAVerse will allow Maruti customers to experience an immersive virtual event with Maruti’s vehicles. While initially, users of the metaverse will be able to interact with the virtual models, Maruti is also planning to digitally interact with sales representatives as well as configure their vehicle as per their needs in the ARENAVerse.
To further the experience of the users, Maruti has equipped over 700 Arena dealerships with Virtual Reality (VR) headsets to make sure that visitors will be able to experience the ARENAVerse. Users can also access a browser-friendly version of the metaverse via the Maruti Suzuki Arena website.
